Each activity is low-impact, podiatrist-approved, and suitable for most levels of mobility. The challenge is perfect if you’re:

What You’ll Do Over the 7 Days
Each activity is short and achievable—think 3 to 5 minutes per day. Here’s a preview:
- Day 1: Toe Olympics – Scrunch a towel with your toes
- Day 2: Marble Madness – Pick up small objects with your toes
- Day 3: Alphabet Writing – Draw letters in the air with your big toe
- Day 4: Frozen Bottle Roll – DIY cold therapy and massage
- Day 5: Surfer Stance – Balance on one leg to boost stability
- Day 6: Towel Stretch – Gently stretch your foot and calf
- Day 7: Gratitude Walk – Take a mindful barefoot walk
Each day also includes a short explanation of why it matters—and how it helps with common foot issues.
